Tracy brings us over a decade of expertise in psychiatry, nursing, and overall behavioral health and healthcare executive recruitment.
With a deep understanding of the complexities of healthcare talent acquisition, Tracy is contributing to the expansion of The Meyers Group’s recruitment services to include licensed clinical and management level leaders, delivering customized solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients in the behavioral health, community health, and integrated health care sectors.
Before joining The Meyers Group, Tracy held several high-impact leadership roles, including Vice President of Talent for a national mental health organization, Regional Manager of Provider Recruitment for a managed care company, and Managing Partner of an independent recruitment firm specializing in behavioral health. Her extensive experience spans public and private behavioral health organizations, managed care systems, correctional healthcare facilities, forensic psychiatry centers, Medicaid programs, and primary care clinics. As a recognized leader in mental health recruitment, Tracy has developed a reputation for designing and successfully completing comprehensive recruitment plans tailored to clinical and executive roles across diverse healthcare environments.
Tracy credits her success to her ability to ‘listen between the lines’ and build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates alike. Gaining a thorough understanding of an organization’s culture and needs is critical in identifying top talent and providing an exceptional candidate experience. She implements a strategic approach to every search leveraging The Meyers Groups’ resources and her extensive professional network. Her methodology blends traditional search techniques with creative strategies to find top level talent that will make a massive impact on clients’ programmatic goals, growth plans and mission related to quality care.
